All orders are subject to confirmation by fax or Internet messaging. The buyer agrees to the general sales conditions of AR PROVENCE indicated below, which may not be altered

Prices listed are subject to change and are expressed in euros all taxes included - 19.6% French VAT (not including shipping and handling).
 
Delivery - France, Corsica, Monaco, Andorra
For any order of less than 95 (except wrought-iron furniture) there is a shipping and handling fee of 9.50.
For orders of € 95 or more  (except for wrought-iron furniture) shipping and handling  is free of charge.

For wrought-iron furniture, if the order is 1000 or more, there is free delivery in metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra only.

For wrought-iron furniture, if the order is less than 1000, there is a shipping and handling fee of 100.

For shipments outside of metropolitan France, the cost of shipping will be indicated on the order confirmation sent for customer acceptance before shipping.

Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint-Martin, St. Barthelemy.
For any order of less than 95 (except for wrought-iron furniture) there is a shipping and handling fee of 15.50 .
For orders of 95 or more (except for wrought-iron furniture) no fee for shipping and handling will be charged.

Discounts
For the following product categories:

   - Hardware for furniture
   - Hardware for doors and windows
   - Accessories for toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, entryways,
   - Restoration, care, decorative hardware for furniture
   
Discounts on the prices displayed are given depending on the total amount of the order in these categories

   - Orders of between 200 and 399 = 5% discount
   - Orders of between 400 and 599 = 10% discount
   - Orders of 600 or more = 15% discount.

Discounts are given only for items that are not already discounted

Delivery
Goods are shipped upon receipt of payment. Delivery time is approximately 72 hours (weekends and holidays excluded - metropolitan France only). Because transport time is beyond our control,  we will not be held liable in the event of late delivery. Packages are shipped by registered mail (Colissimo).  If a product is out of stock, you will be informed upon confirmation of the order and a delay will be indicated.

Products
All articles on our site are described as accurately as possible, however, descriptive, typographic, or photographic errors could occur. Additionally, we are not accountable for any changes which may be made by our suppliers to product specifications. Such errors would be corrected in due course.

Package Reception: VERY IMPORTANT
Upon receipt of your package, you are to scrupulously check its condition and content. We recommend that you check the contents of your package and make the necessary claims to the carrier if the package has been damaged.  Claims are admissible only within 48 hours of receipt of the package and by a registered letter to the corresponding transport agency.
WARNING: If no claim is made to the carrier within the legal deadline and following the procedure specified, AR PROVENCE will not exchange, refund, or replace damaged or missing articles.

Satisfaction guaranteed
According to the law applicable to mail order, you have 7 days to return an article (which is defective or does not give you full satisfaction) in its orginal state and packaging by postage prepaid. Do not forget to attach a copy of the invoice and your instructions. We will then either exchange, or refund in full returned items (excluding shipping).
In either case, no returns will be accepted without the prior consent of the head of the company, AR PROVENCE.

Guarantee
The products distributed by AR PROVENCE are covered by a warranty against damage or defect. This warranty does not include normal wear, misuse (being dropped, etc.), or poor maintenance. The warranty is valid in metropolitan France. The warranty does not cover small equipment, accessories or consumables. Your bill acts as the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE.
AR PROVENCE is not liable for any damage or accident caused by the products sold or by their use.

Retention clause
AR PROVENCE retains ownership of goods sold until actual payment of the full sale price in principal, incidentals and fees.

Privacy, rights of access to files
According to the Computer and Freedom Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access or modify data concerning you. If you do not want it, just write us with your name, address and client No. so that we can take the necessary steps as soon as possible. The total or partial reproduction of photos, models, drawings, texts, and brands/models of this catalogue is strictly prohibited under the  intellectual property code in both France and abroad.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these General Terms of Sale, only the Tribunal de Commerce d'Avignon is deemed competent.
